Which photos do I need?
When you start, we show the exact shots for your item, one slot at a time, with an example for each.
Required and optional shots
Required shots are needed before you can submit. Optional shots help the experts and never hold you back. If your item simply doesn’t have a part, like a box or a tag, mark it as not present.
Good photos
Use daylight or a bright room, keep the whole detail in the frame and hold still so text and stitching stay sharp. Original photos are kept for the review.
If the experts need more
They can ask for more photos up to two times. You get an email and a notice on your order, and you have 72 hours to reply. The clock pauses while they wait.
