What if a result turns out to be wrong?
Every result comes from the AI check and two independent experts, but you can always ask us to look again.
Ask for a re-check
Email support with your certificate ID and what you think is wrong. A senior expert reviews the case again from the original photos.
If the result changes
The old certificate is withdrawn and a new one is issued with the corrected result. Anyone who opens the old link or QR code sees that it was replaced. History is never erased.
If the result stays the same
We tell you, and your certificate stays valid.
