Can I cancel a case?
You can cancel from the order page as long as the authentication hasn’t started.
Before work starts
Open the order and choose Cancel. The credits return to your VerifyX100 Credit Balance right away.
After work starts
Once the AI check or an expert has started, the order can’t be cancelled. You still get your result and certificate.
Drafts
Orders you haven’t submitted are saved as drafts and use no credits until you submit them.
